Position Summary:
Our Phoenix office has an opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate to join the firm’s expanding practice. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, and drafting position statements, dispositive motions, attending and handling arbitrations, etc. Experience handling a single-plaintiff employment lawsuit from start to finish with minimal oversight is preferred. We provide our associates with multiple writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities as well as access to robust professional development programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Arizona. During employment, you must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess four or more years of experience in Arizona.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
- Must be licensed to practice in Arizona.
