Job Description
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements;
- Develop and implement custom applications, integrations, and configurations in ServiceNow platform;
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in ServiceNow best practices;
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Stay updated with latest trends and developments in ServiceNow platform and recommend innovative solutions.
