The role primarily supports inexperienced and developing advisor recruiting while contributing to experienced-advisor sourcing as directed by the Executive Director of Talent Management.

- Conduct consistent, personalized outreach informed by relevant candidate research and market knowledge.
- Build centers-of-influence, educational, professional, advisor, employee, and community relationships that produce referrals.
- Conduct discovery conversations that uncover motivation, goals, experience, licensing status, business-development potential, coachability, resilience, and preliminary fit.
- Maintain long-term candidate relationships and provide a responsive, respectful, and professional candidate experience.
- Use the Agency Tracking System (ATS) to manage outreach, candidate motivations, stages, ownership, next steps, follow-up dates, source data, and pipeline reporting.
- Partner with Branch Leaders, training leaders, producing advisors, licensing and onboarding, Marketing, and Home Office recruiting resources.
- Represent Magnolia professionally in the market and communicate its culture, advisor opportunity, supported-independence model, and business resources accurately.
- Provide complete candidate information, coordinate timely handoffs, and follow applicable employment, privacy, licensing, compliance, and documentation requirements.
