About Hiscox:
As an international specialist insurer, we are far removed from the world of mass market insurance products. Instead, we are selective and focus on our key areas of expertise and strength - all of which is underpinned by a culture that encourages us to challenge convention and always look for a better way of doing things.
We insure the unique and the interesting. And we search for the same when it comes to talented people. Hiscox is full of smart, reliable human beings that look out for customers and each other. We believe in doing the right thing, making good and rebuilding when things go wrong. Everyone is encouraged to think creatively, challenge the status quo and look for solutions.
Scratch beneath the surface and you will find a business that is solid, but slightly contrary. We like to do things differently and constantly seek to evolve. We might have been around for a long time (our roots go back to 1901), but we are young in many ways, ambitious and going places.
Some people might say insurance is dull, but life at Hiscox is anything but. If that sounds good to you, get in touch.

Experience Manager Jobs in Boston: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a experience manager job in Boston?
Focus on Boston's Seaport, Kendall Square, and Back Bay corridors, where hospitality groups, biotech campuses, and corporate headquarters cluster the most experience manager openings. Employers here tend to prioritize candidates with event-program ownership, vendor coordination, and measurable outcomes over credentials alone. Networking through local industry groups and getting hands-on at Boston's conference venues or hotel properties builds the credibility that moves a resume to the top of the pile.
Which companies hire experience managers in Boston?
Boston experience manager roles are posted by BNY, Chewy, and Beghou and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Boston's hiring mix skews toward large healthcare and life sciences institutions, established hospitality brands in the Seaport and Back Bay, and technology companies with corporate campus operations in Kendall Square and the Innovation District.
Are there remote experience manager jobs in Boston?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role, since hands-on venue, event, and facilities work is largely on-site while program strategy and client-success functions can be fully remote. About 57% of experience manager openings tied to Boston are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, with the remote share concentrated in technology and corporate accounts rather than hospitality or healthcare operations.
How can I get a experience manager job in Boston with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Boston is through coordinator or associate roles at the city's large hotels, convention facilities like the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, or corporate campuses in the Seaport and Kendall Square. These employers regularly hire assistants and event coordinators who move into experience manager titles within two to three years. Volunteering with Boston's professional-conference circuit or taking on event logistics at a local nonprofit builds a portfolio faster than most coursework.
Which industries hire the most experience managers in Boston?
Boston experience manager roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Insurance, and Renewable Energy, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Boston's position as a major biotech and academic medical hub, combined with its growing convention and corporate events economy in the Seaport, makes it one of the denser markets in the Northeast for this role.
