DESCRIPTION
The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a dedicated Finance partner within the WW DSP Finance Central Team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, and will own three interconnected workstreams critical to the team's ability to deliver rigorous financial oversight across WW DSP cost base. The role owns the end-to-end monthly headcount controllership cycle for both the Corp and Fixed Field organizations — maintaining leader wise HC target files and controllership around it, running monthly outlook simulations, modeling HC OpEx across leaders, levels, and regions, and preparing HC controllership narratives for MBR and OP reviews. Beyond HC, the SFA will own the DSP Finance cost-out mechanism end-to-end — building and maintaining an initiative tracker across payments, operations, HC, and pricing; validating savings against baseline; owning the cost-out MBR narrative; and partnering with business teams on cross-initiative benchmarking. On the Pricing and Payments front, the role will establish Finance as a governance partner — building the NA rate card audit framework, engaging with the PRICE tool teams, establishing Finance review checkpoints in the pricing change process, and supporting EU pricing controllership groundwork in close partnership with the Payments & Pricing analyst.
In addition, the SFA will support the WW DSP planning and reporting workstream, working alongside the WW DSP Finance team to help standardize and simplify the WW DSP planning process — contributing to the consolidation of planning inputs across geographies and carriers, supporting P&L structure alignment, and driving consistency in reporting outputs across NA, EU, and ROW. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a Finance professional who combines strong controllership instincts with the ability to simplify complex data into clear financial narratives — and who can operate with equal confidence at the detail level and in front of senior leadership.

Finance Team Lead Jobs in Bellevue: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a finance team lead job in Bellevue?
The strongest path into a finance team lead role in Bellevue is through the city's dominant technology and financial services employers, which cluster downtown and in the Spring District. Candidates who combine hands-on FP&A or accounting management experience with familiarity in high-growth or publicly traded company environments stand out. Building relationships with Bellevue's active fintech and SaaS finance communities, and targeting mid-size tech firms alongside large enterprise headquarters, gives you a real edge in this market.
Which companies hire finance team leads in Bellevue?
Bellevue finance team lead roles are posted by Amazon, Snowflake, and Meta and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Bellevue attracts a mix of large technology headquarters, regional financial institutions, and fast-growing healthcare and retail companies, all of which regularly need experienced finance leadership.
Are there remote finance team lead jobs in Bellevue?
Yes, though the role often requires some on-site presence given its team oversight and cross-functional coordination responsibilities. About 10% of finance team lead openings tied to Bellevue are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting Bellevue's tech-forward employer base. Analytical and reporting functions tend to be most flexible, while budget review cycles and direct team management typically pull leads back on-site.
How can I get a finance team lead job in Bellevue with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Bellevue is moving up from a senior financial analyst or accounting supervisor role within one of the city's technology or healthcare companies. Many Bellevue employers, particularly mid-size SaaS and fintech firms in the Spring District, promote internally from analyst tracks and value candidates who have led small project teams or coordinated month-end close processes. Gaining exposure to ERP systems used locally, such as Oracle or NetSuite, and building a record of process improvement accelerates that transition.
Which industries hire the most finance team leads in Bellevue?
Most finance team lead openings in Bellevue sit in Technology & Software, Retail, and E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Bellevue's concentration of technology headquarters, regional healthcare networks, and retail and e-commerce operations creates consistent demand for finance leadership across both high-growth and established enterprises.
