Job Title: Advisor Support Representative
Location: Atlanta, GA & La Vista, NE & Oakdale, MN & Scottsdale, AZ & St. Petersburg, FL
Duration: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $45K – $55K/annually
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Advisor Support Representative to join their growing Financial Services operations team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for financial professionals, providing high-quality support related to account servicing, operational inquiries, documentation processing, and service requests. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within the Financial Services and Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, administrative accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and service inquiries from financial professionals in a professional and timely manner
- Provide support related to accounts, operational procedures, products, and service requests
- Research and resolve issues efficiently while escalating complex matters when necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates within internal systems
- Review, validate, and process service forms and operational documentation
- Ensure all requests are completed within established turnaround times and service standards
- Communicate with advisors and internal teams regarding missing documentation or required corrections
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring service issues and operational gaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and service teams to enhance the customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training related to products, systems, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, client support, call center, or operations experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume phone interactions professionally and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new systems, workflows, and operational procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Brokerage, or Wealth Management
- FINRA SIE Exam completion or active Series 7 license preferred
- Exposure to investment advisory or broker-dealer environments
- Experience with account servicing, operational processing, or advisor support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Wealth Management or Advisor Platforms such as Envestnet is a plus
