- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Finance to execute cost-optimization and value engineering projects.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing procurement with a focus on global supply chains.
- Proven expertise in managing supplier quality and regulatory compliance in mission-critical industries.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP software and data-driven procurement analytics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing complex vendor contracts.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Deep understanding of metal market trends and raw material cost structures.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional project management initiatives.
- Experience navigating geopolitical risks within international supply chains.
