About the role
Who you’ll work with
- Executive leaders across healthcare systems and networks
- Payer and formulary decision-makers
- Key stakeholders across healthcare ecosystems, including KOLs and thought leaders
- You will also lead and develop a high-performing team of strategic marketers, field leaders, and ecosystem partners.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead enterprise ecosystem strategy aligned to portfolio priorities
- Translate national strategy into scalable regional execution plans
- Drive measurable outcomes across product performance, access, and care barriers
- Identify and advance market-shaping opportunities and partnerships
- Build strategic relationships with the healthcare system and payer leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams, including direct and indirect reports
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Minimum 5 years of managing/leading teams
- Must be able to travel approximately 25–50% of the time, including occasional weekends
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology
- Proven experience in strategy development and execution
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Experience in marketing strategy and tactical execution
- Track record of driving portfolio-level or enterprise impact
- Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement experience
