JOB DESCRIPTION
The Counselor is responsible for assessing, counseling, intervening, implementing and educating the patient and family/significant others to facilitate movement throughout the continuum of care.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 yrs work experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
- CADC required.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred.
