Responsibilities:
- Install residential heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform equipment installations according to manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
- Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, condensate drains, and other HVAC system components.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, accurately, and within established time frames.
- Test newly installed equipment to verify proper operation, system performance, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the homeowner's property is protected throughout the installation process.
- Interact professionally with homeowners, answer questions, and explain the operation of newly installed HVAC equipment.
- Document all completed work accurately and submit required paperwork according to company policy.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and represent the company professionally in the field.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including safe driving habits and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Stay current with HVAC products, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of HVAC Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems, installation practices, and applicable building codes.
- Experience with ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and HVAC equipment installation.

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-$32. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
