- Communicate technical status updates and estimated repair timelines to stakeholders to facilitate effective production planning.
- Conduct routine system inspections and 5S audits to ensure a safe, clean, and highly organized work environment.
- Perform minor fabrication tasks, including machining, cutting, and structural modifications, to support system integrity.
- Support recovery operations for robotic units, often navigating restrictive environments to restore system functionality.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining mechanical automation or robotics systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and interpreting complex electro-mechanical diagrams.
- Ability to work independently while strictly adhering to safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and fall protection.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights up to 45 feet, and maneuver within confined spaces.
