Reports To: Field Operations Manager
Supports: Operations Team
Primary Responsibility:
The Operations Field Installer directly supports the Operations team in the installation of controls and equipment at external job sites. This role augments production efforts in packaging, loading, and completion of units to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install controls and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Support packaging, loading, and preparation of completed units for shipment or installation.
- Assist in completing units/products to meet production schedules and on-time delivery requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues to leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to production output and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, installation, or production environments preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Ability to work at external job sites as needed.
