Job Description
Smart Home Insulation LLC is seeking an experienced, reliable, and responsible Insulation Installer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Open Cell and Closed Cell Spray Foam, with the ability to perform blown-in insulation installations, insulation removal, and attic inspections.
Responsibilities
- Install Open Cell and Closed Cell spray foam insulation.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Graco Reactor equipment.
- Perform blown-in fiberglass insulation installations.
- Remove existing attic insulation using professional vacuum equipment.
- Conduct attic inspections, measurements, and assessments.
- Identify insulation deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain high installation quality and follow safety procedures.
- Work on residential and commercial projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing spray foam insulation.
- Experience with Graco Reactor equipment.
- Knowledge of blown-in insulation and removal procedures.
- Ability to inspect attics and evaluate insulation conditions.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- $850–$1,000 weekly base pay for regular workweeks.
- $0.20–$0.25 per sqft on spray foam installation days, replacing regular daily pay.
