As our Residential HVAC Lead Installer & Generator Systems Specialist, you’ll take the reins on full‑scope installs—heating, cooling, generators, gas lines, ductwork, and piping—delivering reliable comfort for homeowners and light commercial clients.

A Day in the Life
- Kick off with a review of scope, materials, and safety checks before leading a solo or partnered install.
- Install generators and related components, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings—without supervision.
- Assemble and set up home heating and air‑conditioning units, then fine‑tune for performance.
- Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork layouts, and piping runs tailored to each space.
- Document every step—maintain thorough, accurate logs of work completed and materials used.
- Represent our brand with pride: communicate clearly, respect each home, and uphold our reputation for superior service.
- Tackle special projects and jump in on additional duties as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on residential HVAC installation experience (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Reliability, consistency, and a positive, team‑first attitude.
- Growth mindset—eager to improve every day.
- Ability to move with urgency and stay composed under pressure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
- Background with ductwork, piping, oil systems, geothermal, and airflow balancing (preferred).
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with prolonged standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder work.
- Work outdoors in heat and cold.
- Hear and speak clearly to exchange information on active job sites.
