Duties

• Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through telemarketing, networking, and community outreach to expand our customer base
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across health, life, property, and casualty lines, providing clear explanations of coverage options
• Negotiate policy terms and premium rates with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, personalized service, and effective communication
• Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration records
• Stay informed about insurance regulations and compliance requirements such as HIPAA and state-specific laws to ensure ethical sales practices
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and promote our insurance products effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products including property casualty, health, life insurance, and benefits administration
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
• Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions confidently
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards including HIPAA compliance for health-related policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication and relationship building
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high motivation and organizational skills

Pay: $32,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
