Provide customer support for High Performance Computing (HPC) software to enable HPC systems to continue operating smoothly in operational environments. Support a wide range of UNIX, Linux, and Windows systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required in support of the mission.
- Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous operating system environments.
- Maintain system installations and work with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software.
- Develop Linux Shell scripts and utilize programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or JavaScript) for system integration and software support.
- Perform structured troubleshooting and configuration management across heterogeneous IT environments.
- Utilize GCC compilers, multi-threaded software, and parallel processing techniques.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
Salary Range: $203k-$248k (Annually)
