Supervisor IT - Epic Hospital Billing and Claims
Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria, US:CO:Aurora
Department: UCHlth EPIC Revenue Cycle It
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $48.56 - $72.84 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This may be a 100% work-from-home opportunity but you must reside in Colorado. Travel among all UCHealth sites will be required.
Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function within Information Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
- Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
- Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
