Financial Success Lead - Revenue Cycle IT (Sr Project Manager)
Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria, Aurora, CO
Department: EPIC Revenue Cycle IT
FTE: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $48.56 - $72.84 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Full-time, exempt position. Colorado residency required. Regional travel required.
Summary
Leads initiatives that drive the financial success of UCHealth's Community Connect affiliate organizations through revenue cycle expertise, informatics, and data-driven decision-making. Provides project leadership for complex post-implementation initiatives and supports adoption of evolving capabilities, including AI-enabled tools, to improve financial and operational performance.
About the Role
Focused on post-go-live success, this role ensures revenue cycle performance across Community Connect affiliates is stable, optimized, and continuously improving.
You will work closely with affiliate organizations and internal stakeholders to translate data into action, prioritize improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable financial outcomes. This role blends project leadership, analytics, and operational insight to support long-term financial success across UCHealth's affiliate network.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue cycle optimization initiatives for Community Connect affiliates, focused on stabilization, performance improvement, and long-term financial success
- Use analytics and informatics tools (e.g., Epic reporting, SlicerDicer, Pulse) to identify trends and drive data-based decisions
- Partner with leadership to identify priorities, solve complex challenges, and implement sustainable improvements
- Manage projects end-to-end (scope, timeline, resources, risks) to deliver measurable results
- Support adoption of new and emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled features
- Strengthen workflows, system utilization, and revenue cycle best practices across affiliate organizations
Requirements
High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Minimum Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred
- Epic certification(s) including Prelude/ADT, Cadence, HIM, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and Claims
- Previous revenue cycle operational experience
- Experience in Community Connect, affiliate support, optimization, or performance improvement
- Exposure to reporting and analytics workstreams within Epic implementations (Clarity, Radar, Reporting Workbench)
