Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC has multiple openings for Lead IT Business System Analysts in Charlotte, NC.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and implement enterprise applications and assist in the installation, setup, maintenance, support, and documentation. Assist in the improvement of and adherence to company computer security policies, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes. Solicit business requirements from business partners for Maximo enhancements. Create Maximo workflows and automation scripts. Design and develop BIRT Reports for Maximo. Manage Agile SCRUM meetings. Develop Helix work instructions to document processes for end users. Implement continuous process improvement for team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of experience in software development.
Also, must have experience in:
- Developing IBM Core Maximo processes.
- BIRT Report design and creation.
- SQL, REST API, WebSphere, and Automation Scripts.
- Designing Maximo Workflows and automation scripts.
- Release Management.
