The Role:
The Senior IT Systems Analyst supports the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate needs, develop system solutions, manage enhancements, and provide ongoing technical support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Triage incoming system tickets, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, and manage assigned tickets through resolution.
- Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to identify system needs and improve existing applications and workflows.
- Design and implement Salesforce enhancements and other system solutions, including requirements, timelines, and implementation considerations.
- Test system changes and enhancements to ensure functionality, security, and alignment with business requirements.
- Maintain clear system documentation, ticket updates, and implementation records to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Salesforce and other business systems, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Train and support users on system functionality, enhancements, and processes.
This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator experience.
- Experience supporting system design, implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
