- Design, develop, and implement software applications and scripts to automate data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Seamlessly integrate data from diverse sources and ensure the smooth flow of information through data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain APIs that empower stakeholders to access and manipulate data efficiently.
- Identify and resolve code issues to guarantee efficient and reliable system operation.
- Keep existing software applications and databases up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, generate custom reports, and translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for business users.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using various statistical methods and tools to discover hidden trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
- Clearly and concisely present data findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Manages other projects as requested by the Director of IT.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or other relevant tools.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data processing.

- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to support cloud-based application development.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and web services development (REST, SOAP).
- Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to present clear, actionable data insights.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of data security best practices, especially in handling sensitive information.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 5+years’ experience in software development and data analysis
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting applications within an Active Directory environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
