주요 업무

• Machine Vision 검사 장비의 가동 상태 및 검사 결과 모니터링
• 장비 알람, 시스템 상태 및 이상 상태 확인
• 장비 알람, 검사 결과 및 업무 내용 기록
• 장비 문제 또는 이상 발생 시 Technician 또는 지정된 관리자에게 보고
• 작업 공간 및 장비 주변 환경을 청결하고 정돈된 상태로 유지

급여 및 근무조건

• 시작 시급: $25.00/시간
• 정규 근무시간: 주 40시간
• 주 40시간 초과 근무 시 기본 시급의 1.5배 초과근무수당 지급
• 주간, 야간, 주말 및 공휴일을 포함한 교대근무

Position Overview

We are hiring entry-level Machine Vision Equipment Operator I employees to operate and monitor Machine Vision inspection equipment at our Arizona site.

No previous Machine Vision experience is required. Training will be provided after hire to ensure employees are prepared to perform their assigned duties.This position includes free shared housing and company-provided commuting transportation for employees who require housing and transportation support.

About GLIM

• As a machine vision specialist, we design, develop, and produce defect detection systems using industrial cameras, all using our own technology.
• As one of LG Energy Solution's 18 equipment partners, it supplies machine vision systems to the secondary battery production process.
• Driving innovation and expansion in the electric vehicle and secondary battery sectors.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Korean
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the operating status and inspection results of Machine Vision inspection equipment
• Check equipment alarms, system status, and abnormal conditions
• Record equipment alarms, inspection results, and work activities
• Report equipment issues or abnormalities to a Technician or designated supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and surrounding equipment environment

Compensation & Work Conditions

• Starting pay: $25.00/hour
• Regular working hours: 40 hours per week
• Overtime paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week
• Rotating shift work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
