Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage a focused caseload with reasonable billable expectations
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans based on ABA principles
• Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists — fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality care
• Support and mentor BCBAs on clinical questions, case challenges, and treatment planning as needed
• Participate in the clinical onboarding of new clients, including intake review, initial clinical planning, and coordination of appropriate case assignments
• Assist with onboarding and clinical integration of new BCBAs and other clinical team members
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and help address escalated clinical concerns
• Support clinical quality assurance by reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and clinical practices for consistency with company and payer standards
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and operations team on caseload planning, staffing needs, client transitions, and continuity of care
• Track progress and adjust programs as needed
• Communicate with caregivers and collaborate with the team
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and clinical leadership initiatives
• Follow BACB guidelines and company standards

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Illinois licensure in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience delivering ABA services to clients with autism in clinic-based and/or in-home settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with CentralReach software is preferred but not required.
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred)

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Motivated to grow within the organization, with a strong commitment to clinical and professional development
• Confidence working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external stakeholders

Before You Apply

We ask that applicants hold an active BCBA certification and are licensed to practice in Illinois.

Please note: This is an on-site position, and Saturday availability is a component of the role. Candidates should be available to provide scheduled Saturday clinic coverage on site.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, education, and licensure. Additional bonus opportunities are available based on applicable performance and clinical criteria.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
