Overview
The Associate Consultant, HR Technology, supports and leads client engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role focuses on managing engagement milestones, facilitating workshops, and translating client needs into actionable deliverables. The Associate Consultant also contributes to internal training, strategic planning, and practice growth while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Translate client needs into actionable consulting deliverables and track progress against milestones.
- Lead client workshops and internal planning sessions with structured facilitation.
- Act decisively on client concerns and escalate when needed to protect engagement success.
- Manage engagement milestones and ensure timely delivery of consulting outputs.
- Ensure real-time visibility into engagement status through accurate system updates.
- Communicate engagement health and strategic risks to leadership.
- Ensure all client-facing and internal documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
- Lead internal training sessions and mentor consultants on emerging trends and technologies.
- Lead internal alignment sessions and contribute to strategic planning.
- Lead market research and provider evaluations to inform client recommendations.
- Set strategic direction for engagement teams and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure project data is accurately maintained across internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint).
- Provide strategic input on resource planning, including hours reporting and team allocation.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven track record of managing strategic client engagements and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and industry trends.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of HR Tech or Brokerage experience.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
