1. Lead Esthetician & Spa Front Desk Coordinator
We're looking for a licensed esthetician with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills who can help manage daily spa operations, coordinate employees, and provide exceptional skincare services.
Compensation:
- $20–$28 per facial service.
- $19–$24/hour for front desk and coordination responsibilities.
- Commissions and Incentives on product sales, treatment enhancements, memberships, spa packages, gift cards, appointment bookings, and client rebooking.
This position offers the opportunity to build your clientele while earning hourly pay between facial appointments.
2. Licensed Massage Therapist
We're also hiring licensed massage therapists! With strong demand for massage services, this is a great opportunity to grow your clientele.
Compensation:
- Competitive service pay: $26–$35/hour.
- Generous gratuities averaging $20–$35+ per service hour.
- Optional front desk opportunities at $19–$24/hour.
