Riverwatch Cinemas is hiring a dependable, detail oriented Maintenance Associate to keep our theatre clean, safe and ready for guests. This is a hands-on morning role focused on cleaning auditoriums, our restaurant area and common spaces, along with light seat maintenance. Morning availability is required.
Example Duties:
- Clean auditoriums after the previous day's showings: sweep, vacuum and pick up trash between and under seats
- Wipe down seats, cupholders, armrests and handrails
- Help with seat maintenance, such as tightening loose parts, reporting broken seats and assisting with minor repairs
- Clean the restaurant and dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors and counters
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building
- Sweep, mop and vacuum lobbies, hallways and entrances
- Clean glass doors, windows and display cases
- Report maintenance issues, spills or safety hazards to a manager
- Follow cleaning checklists and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements
- Must be available for morning shifts starting at 8:00 AM, 3 days per week and 1 evening shift a week starting between 5-7pm.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs for the full shift
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Prior cleaning, janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required; we'll train you
Pay: $10.00 per hour
