Position Summary

Future Foam is seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of plant equipment while leading a team of skilled maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and support personnel.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Manage maintenance work orders, scheduling, and spare parts inventory through CMMS systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for cost reduction, reliability improvements, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and other best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other technical design software.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or reliability-centered maintenance programs.
