Regional Maintenance Supervisor
Bryan Properties Group | Springfield, Missouri
Do you know your way around a maintenance shop, a toolbox, and a team? Are you the person everyone calls when something needs to get fixed, figured out, or done right? We may have a spot for you.
Bryan Properties Group is looking for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to help lead maintenance operations across our properties. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly alike. You'll work with Property Managers and the Director of Operations to keep our properties running smoothly, support and lead our maintenance teams, coordinate vendors and contractors, and make sure work gets done safely, efficiently, and correctly.
You'll be involved in everything from work orders and preventative maintenance to vendor management, purchasing, maintenance budgets, and small to medium-sized property projects. You'll also be expected to jump in and get your hands dirty when the situation calls for it.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, resourceful, and knows how to lead people. You should have at least four years of general building maintenance experience and two years of supervisory or maintenance lead experience. A high school diploma or GED and valid driver's license are required. HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
This position includes an on-call rotation, so being comfortable responding to property emergencies outside of normal business hours is a must.
Starting salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year, plus benefits according to company policy.
If you're looking for a position where you can lead a team, solve problems, work on a variety of properties, and actually see the results of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
