As a Security Officer Full Time Telephone Operations in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access protocols.
- Staff the front desk and greet, screen, and direct visitors in a professional manner while maintaining accurate visitor logs and issuing appropriate credentials.
- Monitor entry activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Support a professional lobby environment by answering inquiries, receiving deliveries, and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
