Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. social growth, product marketing, brand marketing).
- 2 years of experience in consumer-facing social media marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in program management or project management.
- Experience using AI to inform insights or reporting efforts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a customer facing or partnership role.
- Experience with social media content publishing, calendaring, and reporting tools like Sprinklr, Airtable, YouTube Studio, other native channel platform tools, etc.
- Experience driving earned conversation on social media and in PR and an understanding of product positioning and marketing.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fluid, deadline driven work environment.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity, and strategic skills.

As a Creative Technologist on the team you will be pivotal in translating the abstract power of our early-stage AI technologies into tangible, engaging, and understandable experiences.As a Social Insights and Analytics Manager for Google AI, you will be focused on analyzing and understanding the impact of all AI-related social campaigns across multiple channels and the overall impact of Google’s AI vs. competitors. You will be an advocate of Google’s AI brands and products, and be an expert on understanding the impact of our social and influencer strategy. Responsibilities
- Analyze content performance across social media platforms to identify top-performing topics, formats, and themes, providing data-driven recommendations to guide the editorial calendar and content strategy.
- Inform creative briefs with performance insights and audience engagement data, providing analysis on which creative elements are driving the most impact and ensuring alignment with brand benchmarks and strategic goals.
- Track and analyze the performance of all outgoing social posts, developing weekly and monthly reports that measure key metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize future content and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for major campaigns and launches, forecasting potential outcomes based on historical data and providing real-time analysis to inform strategic adjustments and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Identify and implement how AI can help supercharge insights and report efforts.
