- Manage inbound inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service while qualifying leads for further follow-up.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate terms with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and optimize lead conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, or warm calling campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to effectively promote products or services locally.
- Ability to understand technical sales concepts and communicate complex solutions clearly to clients.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term relationships.
- Property, Casualty, and Life licensed.
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
