Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Research and identify prospective customers across all business units using platforms such as ZoomInfo, CoStar, and Dodge Construction Network.
- Identify and verify key decision-makers and maintain accurate company contact information.
- Assistin building, organizing, and maintaining prospect lists to support business development efforts.
- Support data collection and market research activities for strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead information is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable.
- Help track and report on lead generation activities and pipeline development efforts.
2. Marketing Support:
- Identify and verify key decision-makers and maintain accurate company contact information.
- Assistin building, organizing, and maintaining prospect lists to support business development efforts.
- Support data collection and market research activities for strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead information is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable.
- Help track and report on lead generation activities and pipeline development efforts.
3. CRM & Salesforce Administration:
- Assist with Salesforce data cleanliness and ongoing database maintenance.
- Help sales representatives clean up opportunities and account records.
- Support Sales Operations in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Assist Marketing by pulling accounts, contacts, and opportunities for campaigns and initiatives.
- Verify and update account and contact information as businesses and relationships evolve.
4. Data Management & Process Improvement:
- Perform data entry and large-scale Excel cleanup projects.
- Audit and maintain account and contact records for accuracy.
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assistin improving documentation, organization, and overall process cleanliness across teams.
- Support various operational projects and ad hoc assignments.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in sales, marketing, business operations, customer relationship management (CRM), or process improvement.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to take initiative and continuously learn.
