Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About The Team
The Marketing Operations team is responsible for the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power the global marketing engine at Stripe. We partner closely with Growth, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales Development, and Marketing Technology teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision, prospect data is accurate and actionable, and our marketing technology stack operates at scale. We are systems thinkers and operational leaders focused on improving the workflows, tooling, data quality, and processes that enable marketing and sales teams to move faster and more effectively. Our work spans campaign operations, marketing automation, prospect data management, and cross-functional program delivery.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Program Manager to own and drive critical operational programs across campaign execution, prospect data management, and marketing process improvement. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, data operations, and program management—and requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will serve as a process owner for key marketing operations workstreams, partnering with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and pipeline impact.
- Embed within the regional marketing team to deeply understand and represent market nuances, and be the primary representative for Marketing Operations initiatives
- Serve as the process owner for campaign execution workflows across email, landing pages, and paid media, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, and Global Campaigns marketing teams
- Consult on best practices in Marketo, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational design. Design complex nurture and trigger campaigns and standardize them for broader use
- Lead programs to address recurring operational challenges. Define objectives, success metrics, and build repeatable processes that scale
- Serve as a technical bridge between regional marketing, product, and engineering teams to scope business requirements, coordinate discovery, and translate operational needs into product requirements for internal tooling
- Drive regional performance transparency by analyzing pipeline health and marketing database trends. Proactively identify and unblock operational friction through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Accelerate review cycles, pilots, and feedback collection during program execution. Summarize required changes, identify launch-blocking issues, and escalate risks as needed
- Drive ongoing improvements in marketing operations through process innovation, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to increase productivity and transform workflows
- Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams and cross-functional partners across time zones

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
PAY AND BENEFITS
The annual US base salary range for this role is $157,800 - $236,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.

Tips for Your Marketing Operations Manager Job Search
Audit your martech stack credentials first
Hiring managers scan for specific platforms before they read your summary. List every tool you've administered, including Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and any CDP or attribution tool, with context on the scale of the database or campaign volume you managed.
Quantify process improvements on your resume
Generic claims about 'optimizing workflows' won't land. Describe the specific process you rebuilt, the bottleneck it solved, and the measurable outcome, whether that's cycle time, lead quality, or reporting accuracy.
Target job titles that map to the same role
Marketing operations manager openings are often posted as Marketing Technology Manager, Revenue Operations Manager, or Demand Gen Ops Lead. Search all three variants so you don't miss openings that match your background exactly.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists marketing operations manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Prepare a systems architecture walkthrough for interviews
Many marketing ops interviews include a whiteboard or verbal walk-through of how you'd connect a CRM, MAP, and analytics layer. Practice explaining your past stack decisions and the tradeoffs you made, not just what tools you used.
Negotiate using scope, not just title
When discussing compensation, clarify what the role owns: budget authority, headcount, tool procurement, and reporting lines. Roles with the same title vary widely in scope, and establishing that scope upfront strengthens any counter you make.
Marketing Operations Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most marketing operations managers?
The companies hiring the most marketing operations managers right now include Thermo Fisher Scientific, TikTok, and Google, with the largest share of openings in California, New York, and Massachusetts, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Technology, healthcare, and financial services companies consistently post the highest volume of these roles.
How many marketing operations manager jobs are remote?
About 35% of marketing operations manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of June 2026, making it one of the more location-flexible roles in marketing. Sub-areas such as marketing technology administration, data and analytics operations, and campaign automation tend to have the highest concentration of remote postings.
How do you become a marketing operations manager?
Most people enter the role by starting in a marketing coordinator or campaign specialist position, then taking ownership of a marketing automation platform or CRM integration project. Building hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce, earning a platform certification, and demonstrating the ability to report on pipeline impact are the steps that move candidates into ops manager roles.
Can you get hired as a marketing operations manager without direct experience?
Yes, especially if you can demonstrate adjacent experience in campaign execution, CRM data management, or marketing analytics. Employers hiring for junior ops roles often prioritize candidates who have owned a marketing tool end-to-end, built reports, or managed a database, even if the title on your resume was coordinator or specialist. A relevant platform certification strengthens an application when direct ops experience is limited.
What does the marketing operations manager interview process look like?
The process typically includes a recruiter screen focused on tool experience, a hiring manager conversation about how you've structured past ops functions, and a technical or case-study round where you walk through a real scenario such as building a lead scoring model or diagnosing a data quality problem. Some employers add a final round with cross-functional stakeholders from sales or revenue operations.
Where can I find and apply to marketing operations manager jobs?
You can find and apply to marketing operations manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Find the roles that match your background and apply directly to each listing from the page.
