Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role:
As Marketing Operations Manager, you will run the day-to-day execution that keeps Crusoe's marketing programs moving. Working closely with our marketing operations lead, you will build and QA campaigns across Marketo and Salesforce, manage the data flowing between them, and partner with every team in marketing to get programs live accurately and on time. Alongside that execution work, you will contribute to how the function scales — helping evaluate new capability in our existing stack, improving the processes behind the work, and building AI-assisted tooling that makes execution faster and more reliable. This role is ideal for a meticulous, systems-minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in work that is built right.
What You'll Be Working On:
Build and configure Salesforce campaigns end to end — audience and list setup, workflow logic, send scheduling, and campaign hierarchy tagging
Build, QA, and deploy marketing emails and nurture programs in Marketo, including segmentation, A/B setup, link and UTM checks, and send-time QA
Build and maintain Marketo forms embedded on Crusoe-hosted pages, partnering with the web team on placement, tracking, and field mapping
Stand up Marketo programs for webinars, field events, and product launches, including templates, tokens, smart campaigns, and channel setup
Run data and list imports end to end — field mapping, normalization, deduplication etc
Maintain data hygiene across Marketo and Salesforce, including dedupe rules, field standardization, unsubscribes, and sync error resolution
Partner with Events, Digital, Content, Brand, Web, and Product Marketing through their planning cycles to scope upcoming campaign, email, and automation work, and direct contractor capacity when volume requires it
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales on lead routing, lifecycle stages, and scoring, ensuring marketing-generated leads are accurately assigned in Salesforce and every data point needed for downstream outreach is captured
Build AI-assisted tooling and automated workflows that turn recurring operational work into repeatable, reliable processes the whole team can use
Help evaluate new functionality across the marketing stack, contribute to scoping and integrating new tools, and improve existing processes as the team scales
What You'll Bring to the Team:
5+ years of marketing operations or marketing automation experience in B2B environments, with a proven track record of hands-on campaign execution and data management
Deep, hands-on Marketo expertise as a primary builder — programs, smart campaigns, tokens, emails, templates, forms, segmentations, lifecycle, and scoring
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce — campaigns and campaign members, leads versus contacts, reports and list views — and a practical understanding of how the Marketo sync behaves
Demonstrated experience importing and cleaning marketing data at volume with a high bar for accuracy
Experience working across a growing, integrated marketing tech stack, with the ability to trace data across connected systems and diagnose where it breaks
Practical AI fluency, with experience building AI-assisted tools or automated workflows that support an operations function
Strong analytical skills, with experience building reporting that stakeholders rely on and turning campaign and funnel data into clear answers
Experience supporting a wide variety of stakeholders — web, brand, digital, events, content, product marketing, revenue operations, and sales — and translating their requests into executable work
Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across many concurrent campaigns
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) a plus
Familiarity with our wider marketing stack — Sigma, Knak, Qualified, Webflow, Google Analytics, Workato a plus
Comfort level with ambiguity and ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Process to stay on top of and implement the latest developments in marketing automation, martech, and AI tooling
