We're hiring a Project Manager to own our installation projects from kickoff to punch list.
This is not a desk job.
You'll walk job sites, lead field techs and subcontractors, work directly with clients and general contractors, and make sure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and done right the first time.

WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER
Run Projects End to End
- Lead kickoff meetings with our install team and clients
- Review scopes, drawings, risers, pathways, and floor plans before work starts
- Build and manage project schedules for field teams, subcontractors, and equipment
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and client approvals
- Track labor hours, productivity, and material use against budget
- Drive every job to a clean closeout with as-builts, documentation, and client sign-off
Own the Job Site
- Walk and inspect active job sites: commercial, construction, multifamily, government, and cannabis
- Make sure crews have drawings, access, materials, tools, and clear daily goals
- Catch problems early and solve them before they become delays
- Schedule inspections and make sure work meets code and our quality standards
Be the Client's Point of Contact
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during installation
- Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, and other trades
- Give clear, proactive status updates so nobody has to chase you for answers
Run on Systems
- Manage schedules and tasks in monday.com
- Keep job folders and document control current in SharePoint
- Work with tools like System Surveyor and Portal.io
- Join weekly operations syncs with install, engineering, and leadership
SYSTEMS YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Video surveillance / VMS: Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis, Exacq
- Access control: Brivo, PDK, Avigilon, ButterflyMX
- AI video analytics and remote monitoring
- Structured cabling, network infrastructure, and data closets
- Intrusion / burglar alarm systems
- Solar-powered mobile surveillance units
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Required
- Experience managing low-voltage, security systems, or construction projects
- Working knowledge of cameras, access control, structured cabling, and network basics
- Ability to read prints and understand risers, pathways, and floor plans
- Proven ability to manage multiple jobs, crews, and shifting priorities at once
- Clear, confident communication with clients, field teams, and executives
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites across Northern California
Strong Pluses
- Background in security systems integration (CCTV, ACS, VMS)
- Experience with Avigilon, Hanwha, Brivo, PDK, Exacq, or similar platforms
- Experience with monday.com, System Surveyor, or Portal.io
- PMP, CompTIA, BICSI, or manufacturer certifications
- Experience on prevailing wage or public works projects
