- Partnering with teammates to refine PM routes, share troubleshooting tips, and improve reliability.
Your core responsibilities
- Execute routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility systems.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
- Perform regular inspections to confirm safe, optimal operation.
- Keep thorough maintenance records of tasks, findings, and parts.
- Respond swiftly to work orders and emergencies.
- Collaborate to enhance maintenance processes and overall efficiency.
- Uphold all safety rules and regulatory requirements.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What it takes
- Minimum six (6) months of maintenance experience, documented in your application or resume.
- Age 18+ with valid identification.
- Ability to read/understand assignments and use basic hand tools.
- Fundamentals in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Physical readiness: lift 50 lbs; climb stairs to 120 feet and ladders to 60 feet; stand for long stretches; work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
- Rehire eligibility: after 180 days only, and for individuals who have worked here fewer than three times.
