Nurowav is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding Interventional Psychiatry team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PMHNP with approximately 2–5 years of psychiatric experience who wants to grow beyond traditional medication management and develop expertise in advanced psychiatric treatment modalities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Provide medication management and treatment planning
- Evaluate patients for TMS and Spravato programs
- Review PHQ-9, GAD-7, QIDS, and other outcome measures
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and referring providers
- Provide in-person and telepsychiatry services
- Participate in milestone reviews and longitudinal care programs
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Board-Certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
- Active Pennsylvania CRNP License (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA Registration
- Strong psychiatric assessment and medication management skills
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative clinical team
Preferred
- 2+ years of psychiatric prescribing experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder
- Outpatient psychiatry experience
- Interest in Interventional Psychiatry, TMS, and Spravato®
- Familiarity with measurement-based care and outcome tracking
Newer PMHNPs with strong psychiatric training and a desire to grow professionally are encouraged to apply.
