- Provides support to individuals with Mental Health (MH) or Substance Abuse diagnoses in an office-based setting.
- Complete crisis assessment, discharge planning and care coordination with stakeholders.
- Complete risk assessments such as the Columbia Suicide Severity Scale and the Violence Risk Assessments.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and Brief Solution-Focused interventions.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position relies on knowledge, experience, and judgment in the context of an interdisciplinary team.
Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include:
Must meet the requirements of a Fully or Associate Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor.
Physical requirements to perform essential functions of the job include:
- Regularly required to lift 10 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. Must be able to pull minimum of 10 lbs.
- Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
- Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Required to regularly stand and walk.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
- Must be able to talk and hear
No on call responsibilities!
No case load or productivity requirement!
Shift Differential Pay- 15% weekend overnights

RHA Behavioral Health Services is looking for dedicated Licensed Professionals to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team providing support to individuals entering the Behavioral Health Urgent Care.
In this dynamic and rewarding role, there is an emphasis on creating interventions that are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and linkage to the most appropriate level of care.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals
- Provide support to individuals with Mental Health (MH) or Substance Abuse issues in a crisis center setting.
- Complete crisis assessment, discharge planning and care coordination with stakeholders.
- Complete risk assessments such as the Columbia Suicide Severity Scale and the Violence Risk Assessment
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and solution focused interventions
- Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback
- Complete all documentation accurately within the current working shift
This position relies on knowledge, experience, and judgment with limited supervision and direction to provide quality services.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree
- Master’s Degree or Higher & 1+ years full-time experience with population served.
- License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration, Permit issued by governing board regulating human service profession.
Additional requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required
