You will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of HVAC systems in large-scale commercial and industrial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of VFD projects, including physical installation, system start-up, and complex troubleshooting.
- Utilize precision diagnostic tools such as multi-meters, amp clamps, and harmonic analyzers to maintain system integrity.
- Perform electrical infrastructure tasks, including conduit installation and wiring, to support motor control operations.
- Drive operational reliability by optimizing drive parameters for pumps, fans, and AHU applications.
- Deliver high-quality service by interpreting complex electrical schematics and control circuitry.
- Manage on-site client interactions, ensuring clear communication regarding system status and necessary repairs.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with VFDs in a field service capacity.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and HVAC control loops.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely with high-voltage AC and low-voltage DC control systems.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual labor as required.
- Valid driver’s license and a commitment to professional field service standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.

- Direct experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) integration.
- Prior background in cooling tower and pump system optimization.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving electrical standards.
