INTRODUCTION
The Housekeeping Senior Operations Manager will primarily support the day & event operations for Citizens Bank Park.
Compensation: $70,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire, train, coach and manage employees to ensure proper systems, policies and procedures are followed
- Oversee and improve the housekeeping inventory system, including the proper distribution and control of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are enforced in the housekeeping department
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors
- Schedule & lead daily and weekly staff meetings with management, supervisors and general staff
- Generate and implement housekeeping quality initiatives by conducting inspections
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, timekeeping & procurement
- Identify operational improvement initiatives, including process optimization and energy efficiency strategies
- Coordinate and provide services for the housekeeping operation to ensure timely housekeeping execution
- Ensure compliance with ABM policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with administrative tasks (payroll, scheduling & procurement)
- Working knowledge of custodial operations and related service delivery
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and team leadership
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- 3-5 years in a leadership housekeeping position is preferred
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of payroll and scheduling systems
