Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Development Lead with strong technical depth and leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end application delivery and L3 support. The role requires ownership of development, production stability, KPI adherence, and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to hands-on full stack development (design, coding, review)
- Own and manage L3 production support, including incident resolution, RCA, and service improvements
- Drive application stability, performance, and scalability
- Define, track, and improve KPIs/SLAs (defect leakage, MTTR, uptime, release quality)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) for seamless delivery
- Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and governance checks
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, status updates, and executive summaries
- Manage stakeholder communication across business and technology teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (automation, performance tuning, cost optimization)
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Backend: C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Frontend: Angular (preferred) / React
- Database: SQL Server (strong in performance tuning, complex queries)
- API Development: RESTful services, microservices architecture
- Cloud: Azure (preferred) / AWS
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps
- Strong debugging skills in production environments
Production Support & KPI Experience
- Proven experience handling L3 support / production incidents
- Ownership of KPIs/SLAs such as
- MTTR / MTBF
- Defect leakage
- System availability
- Release stability
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in full stack development
2–4 years in a Lead role managing teams and delivery
Experience in enterprise applications and offshore delivery model
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability in stakeholder management (business + technology)
- Ability to translate technical details into business impact
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience managing distributed/offshore teams
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI/automation-driven development
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of observability tools (App Insights, Splunk, etc.)
- Background in high-availability platforms
