INTRODUCTION
We are seeking an OT / MES Network Architect to design, implement, and support secure, high-availability manufacturing networks across shopfloor, OT DMZ, enterprise IT, and cloud environments.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support and architecture for OT networks supporting MES
- Implement Purdue Model-based network segmentation and secure connectivity
- Manage Cisco Firepower firewalls, high availability, and performance optimization
- Ensure reliable integration across shopfloor, OT, IT, and cloud networks
- Drive network monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in network engineering within OT/manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in OT networking, segmentation, and cybersecurity
- Experience with Firepower, Nagios, remote access tools (e.g., BeyondTrust)
- Proven ability to support production-critical, highly available networks
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and documentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Skills: Architectural diagrams, Cloud Solution Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
COMPENSATION
Compensation range: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
