Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Home Care Aide II.

As a Home Care Aide II at MercyOne, you will provide personal care and support and assist with activities of daily living as assigned on care plan under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs homemaking as assigned.

POSITION TITLE: Home Care Aide II

DEPARTMENT: Home Health Aide-Davenport

SCHEDULE:

• Full time 1.0 (40 hours per week)
• Day Shift

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensure/Registration: CNA Certification/75 hour nurse aide course State of Iowa or Direct Care Worker Registry State of Illinois, second state required within 6 months of hire; Driver's License; Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required
• Special Training: Basic Life Support completed during orientation; Employer provided 13 hour Pre-Service Education to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Less than 1 year experience required.

Education:

• Less than high school graduation
