Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Care Aide
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Care Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East King County. As a CNA/ Home Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
- Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the assigned RN Case Manager or Director of Patient Care Services
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Salary - to be determined based on experience and qualifications
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
