Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursdays 7:30am-5pm Friday 7:30am-3pm
Work Location: Dewberry 1917 Clinic

To direct and implement the daily functions for assigned outpatient clinical areas. To provide and manage quality patient care as well as quality service to providers. To implement RN specific duties for specific patient populations. To utilize critical thinking skills in evaluation of care, patient teaching and the triage of patients. To display good rapport and professionalism with all internal and external customers. Under the general direction of leadership, to support and execute all clinic functions; adhere to all applicable state, federal and local laws pertaining to an ambulatory care center; and monitor standards as established by UAB Medicine to meet all applicable accreditation guidelines.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree in Nursing and Eighteen (18) months of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. ACLS certification preferred.

- maintain a customer focus and strive to satisfy the customer's perceived needs.
