- Participate in project planning and implementation activities to support operational goals and improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to help inform operational strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an analytical or technical support role, preferably in operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL) is preferred.
- Familiarity with operational systems and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
