Position Introduction:
The College of Dentistry seeks an experienced building manager to oversee construction projects, preventive maintenance and day-to-day operations of the facility.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree
- 36 months minimum of experience in facility management or project management.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months related experience.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days from hire date.
