We're looking for a “figure it out" person!

The Nearby Notary is a woman-owned growing nationwide notary signing service. We work with title & escrow companies, attorneys, mortgage professionals, real estate professionals, builders, and businesses across the country.

We're looking for a Business Growth & Operations Coordinator who is smart, organized, personable, resourceful, and excited to learn.

This is NOT a traditional marketing or administrative position.

You'll work closely with the owner and our team and get exposure to sales, marketing, business development, client relationships, scheduling, operations, and special projects.

In other words, you'll wear a lot of hats and we like it that way!

What You'll Do

Sales & Business Development

• Research and identify potential business clients
• Assist with B2B outreach and follow-up
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Help track leads and sales opportunities
• Assist with networking, presentations, and business development projects

Marketing

• Help create email marketing campaigns
• Assist with social media and content
• Help manage content calendars and promotional campaigns
• Research marketing opportunities and new ideas
• Lead a monthly marketing meeting with the leadership team

Scheduling & Operations

• Work in our signing service portal to schedule and assign notaries
• Communicate with notaries and clients
• Assist with order management and follow-up
• Help with quality control and operational processes
• Learn the ins and outs of the notary and loan signing industry

Administrative & Special Projects

• Assist the owner and team with projects and day-to-day business needs
• Create spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and reports
• Help improve systems and processes
• Jump in wherever an extra set of capable hands is needed

Experience

A degree in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Prior experience as a loan signing agent is also great but not required.

Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply!

Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, real estate, title & escrow mortgage, or business operations is a plus.

We will train the right person on the notary and signing service industry.
