COMPENSATION:
$55,000 - $60,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the mortgage industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and trust.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set and achieve ambitious growth targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent our brand and expand our professional network.
- Create and execute follow-up plans to nurture leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our unique value propositions and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to a varied workload.
- Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized.
