POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
- Utilize CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Research and identify target accounts within key industries aligned with company services
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing
- 20+ face-to-face calls per week
- Maintain consistent follow-up prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Attend networking functions including conferences, trade shows, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B) for a Staffing/Agency/workforce solution firm
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
LOCATION: Nashville, TN area
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 25-50%
